Increased error rate with native LMS integrations
AWS resolved all issues as of 1:05pm PDT. We have observed no errors in VeriCite after AWS announced their resolution of errors.

Asia/Pacific API Connectivity Issues
VeriCite staff investigated connectivity issues from five separate Asia/Pacific network locations and could not reproduce connectivity issues. We now believe the issue was limited to June 4 and related to AWS Sydney issues on June 4 likely caused by heavy storms and power outages in Sydney. Errors syncing grades and comments with the Canvas API
Sync issues with the Canvas API are resolved as long as the LTI "Launch URL" in Canvas is set to "https://app.vericite.com/vericite/". If you are using a Launch URL that begins "https://vericite-api", please change it.

Side by side comparisons of matched internet sources could not be retrieved
We discovered a bug introduced on Thursday, April 16th at 5:00 am ET that prevented the retrieval of side by side comparison matches for Internet sources. Users would have seen a warning "Problem retrieving matched paper. We could not retrieve the original source. We found a match on January 06, 2014 from this URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki?cĀ­urid=112336". We resolved this issue on Friday, April 17th at 10:00am ET after discovering it on Friday, April 17th at 9:00am ET.
