Incident Report for VeriCite
We have identified a period in time last night were VeriCite was responding slowly resulting in a degraded user experience. The issue was associated with our auto-scaling ability failing due to an incorrect hard limit. We have addressed the immediate issue and will work to improve our monitoring and auto-scaling to meet peak demand.
